Hi. I am using chromatic dragon to sync between outlook and Toodledo which works fine. I have set the syncing frequency to hourly and annoyingly, outlook keeps asking me every hour if I will allow a third party to access my emails. How do I disable this??

I'm not sure, but it may be this.

From Chromatic Dragon Website
Outlook shows a security prompt when synchronizing in some environments.
If you are using Outlook 2007 you may be able to disable this by either updating your anti-virus software or using the Trust Centre options (Tools -> Trust Center -> Programmatic Access)
If you are using Outlook 2003 then you need to look at some third party utilities. Other users have found some success with these utilities:

Thanks Anders. I downloaded contextmagic which automatically clicks "yes" every time I get the question for permission from outlook.
