archiving task, importing

cde.amol	Posted: Mar 30, 2011 Score: 0 Sir, In my place of work, buisness activities close by 31 march and so do my all incomplete tasks should also get finished. my question is, if i want to archive all tasks complete and incomplete by on 31st march and wanna start fresh toodledo task as 0 task from april-1 . is that possible . and also i want to download all above archived task in excel and keep them safe. how can i manage all this in toodledo ANYHOW PLEASE TREAT THIS QUERY AS URGENT This message was edited Mar 30, 2011.
Jake Toodledo Admin	Posted: Mar 30, 2011 Score: 0 There is no way to do this automatically, but it shouldn't be too hard to do a review on the 31st and clean things up by completing incomplete tasks and then using our CSV export option to put this into Excel. You'll need a Pro account to view the full month of archived history, but otherwise it is doable.
cde.amol	Posted: Mar 30, 2011 Score: 0 Sir, thanks for reply . i got your point. my further query in this , if i archive my folder all tasks incomplete and complete will it be stored as they are. ? and if i wann create the same folder ( for next financial ) in normal working will it work
