Just learning to use TD since our company decided to move away from Outlook and to use Gmail (don't like the task of Gmail)
I was using very much the outlook task. Very often, I'm doing follow up on a task by re-sending the original email that generated my task. This was very easy with Outlook, since the original email was included in the task.
Now, I'm taking the original email from Gmail and sending it to TD. When the task is due and request a follow up, I would like to send the task (including the note). Currently, when I do send task, the note are not showing (just showing a link to TD).
Is there something I'm doing wrong?
Why that feature is not part of TD?

When you send a task via email from Toodledo, there is only a limited amount of information that we can transfer to your email program, due to the way that the internet was designed. So, we can't include the note because of space constraints. We plan to address this in the future by having email sent from the website instead of opening in your default email program.
