My Notes are Missing

I have been using Toodledo.com and the Toodledo app for quite awhile very successfully. I had over a 100 notes in the notes section. I also use Outlook, Google Calendar and ToDo on my iphone, so I was running gsync to sync everything. It was all working perfectly until I upgraded to the latest version of Outlook. Now all but 4 of my notes are missing. I am crushed! Is there any way to restore the notes or am I out of luck? |

Unfortunately, It looks like the 3rd Outlook sync tool has deleted your notes. We cannot support 3rd party apps that misbehave, so please contact the company that makes the tool you are using for assistance. You may be able to recover your notes from within Outlook. If you have a Toodledo backup, you can always restore using that: http://www.toodledo.com/tools/connect_backup.php If you create a support ticket we may be able to assist further. |
