When I open Gmail, I get this message: "The 'Add any gadget by URL' Lab is being deprecated." I'm not sure what "deprecate" means (in normal English, it's to express disapproval), but it sounds like they're removing this feature.
Will this affect my ability to use Toodledo in Gmail? If not, would it affect my ability to add Toodledo to Gmail should, for some reason, I needed to?
I suspect Google wants me to start using their task list--and, in general, to make me even more dependent on Google. Unfortunately, Google is becoming the evil they tell us not to be.

Yes, it appears that Google is canceling the Gmail Gadget tool, which means that the Toodledo in Gmail feature we have will stop working. An alternative is to use our browser bookmarklet which is very close to the same thing.
