I share and assign tasks with one other person and we switched to using Toodledo from another system a few weeks ago. We are finding its a problem that we need to get an automatic email notification when one person assigns a task to another, since a lot of the these assigned tasks require a response within a few hours. I don't want have to check Toodledo throughout the day..

This is not currently possible, but it is high on our to-do list.

We are setting this up as well and if the recipient uses Toodledo to record the tasks they come up with as well, we find they are in Toodledo all day anyway... Just a thought.

I use email to send tasks to both myself and my wife A LOT.
When I send a Toodledo to my wife I'll send it to both her Toodledo and regular email. She can see at a glance when looking at the email that it's also been added to her Toodledo account and she doesn't have to do it - she can just reference the email knowing it's been processed into the correct Folder and Context etc for her. |

We already implemented notifications when a task was added by a collaborator.
