Hi,

One of my TaskAngel customers is receiving the error message "400 : Your app has been blocked by the user." when trying to sync.

You mention this error code in your API 2.0 documentation. Can you explain the circumstances that can give this error please?

The user went into their account settings, and then into "Externally syncing Apps" and then clicked the "block" link next to your app to prevent it from further syncing with their account.

To undo this, they will need to go back into that settings page on this website and press the "unblock" link.

One of my TaskUnifier customer faced exactly the same problem.
And apparently he didn't change anything in the "Externally syncing Apps" page, he didn't even knew that page...

Are there some other reasons that could block an app ?
(Too many api calls for example)

There is nothing that could cause the "400 : Your app has been blocked by the user." error besides the user manually blocking it, but there are other errors that could happen if the app makes too many API calls.
