Hi I read on this page:
https://www.toodledo.com/info/sharing.php that: " If your collaborator has a Free Toodledo account, they will only be able to read your to-do list." How do you do this - I only want someone to be able to read tasks with a free account, not edit or add (I assume this can be done if both parties have free accounts ?? or does the publisher have to have a subscription, and the reader have a free account). Thanks This message was edited Apr 13, 2015. |

In order to share your list, you must have a subscription. You can then share with anyone. If the other person has a free account they can only read your list. If they are a subscriber then they can edit your list if you give them permission.
You can set this all up by clicking "Tools" and selecting "Collaboration", |
