The lists were not deleted, they just go temporarily hidden. What you need to do is sign out of Toodledo and then sign back in again and all should be restored. Sorry for the inconvenience. I did it and still be hidden. |

I agree with sprouty76 and resuming what i said before, please, before creating new triggers/actions, ADD more FIELDS for filtering better the available ones.
I'm sure that you are working on it, but adding Location, Tag, Status, Context, Due date... on those recipes, will increase IFTTT usability. I know that we have the "New Task with Tag" option but we need to work with other fields. Thanks! |

Just a feature request:
Using recipe IF Toodledo THEN Toodledo you could implement some kind of workflow like: IF Task completed with specific ingredients: folder, location, tag, context... THEN Add new task with specific folder, location, tag, status,... Repeating that simple recipe you could implement workflows. Is it correct? Please, could you add more ingredients in the available recipes? You could trigger new tasks too, just changing values on status, context,.... Thank you ! |

Please, create this triggers:
1) When task completed with specified location or tag 2) When task added with specified location or tag 2) When due date changes with specified location or tag 3) When context changes 4) When status changes In general it will be very usefull to have the ability of filter triggers by location or tag. I want to suggest you a new feature.
It could be something similar as the pernanent link for tasks that i am actually using on lists with great success. I just need to add the ability to create permanent links for saved searches. I think that is easy to implement, because you have saved search functionality created. I just need the link. Example of application for Project management: You could implement a template for controlling your Projects easily with lists and saved search links. How? 1)Each line of your list will be a step of your workflow. 2)Create all the tasks of your workflow. 3)Group your tasks on workflow steps. 4)Create saved searches for finding those groups. 5)Dedicate one cell for adding step saved searched link. 6)Dedicate one cell for "checkboxing" your workflow steps. CSV downloading is not working as we are expecting.
If you look into a downloaded list created on toodledo lists environtment, the downloaded CSV file lost some end off line characters during the export. |

Combining Permanent link for tasks inside Outlines are the most powerfull workflow i've ever worked before.
Just a feature request to increase that power. Please, could you add unchecked item counters for Outlines? Thank you a lot Jake ! |

1)Check that you don't have characters like ñ,accents,....
2) If you see a message preventing you that some part of the import is failling take on account that allthough it seems that all the import falls, it really works. You will see that the outline item counter increases. 3)Beging trying a simple import with only 2 lines on a txt file like: Item1, item 2 Item3, item 4 Hope it helps |
