I tested this on both an iPhone and iPad running iOS 5.1 and it synced for me. Can you please create a support ticket and list your iOS version and the version of our app that you are using so that we can investigate?
I tried a few of the suggestions on here but still had the same problem. Instead of hitting 'Authorize this computer' from the pop up prompt:
1. Store
2. Authorize this computer.
I think I may have got a couple of prompts to answer after this (sorry, don't recall as I had tried so many things at this point) but all my apps are now synching from my Ipad.
