Is there a way to see both Tasks and Notebook items at the same time that are in a particular folder?

Unfortunately, this isn't possible, but it is on our to-do list. However, we can't comment on a timeframe for implementation.

I agree, this feature would be very valuable to treat folders as recipient for projects.
