We haven't changed anything with the email parser, so it might be your email program or something else funny. In any case, glad its working for you as expected.

The hotlist contains all of your overdue and due-today tasks in one list, as well as top priority tasks (based on your preferences).

If that doesn't work for you, it is also possible to make a saved search with overdue and due-today tasks in the same list.

Hope that helps

When you sort by due-date, it is automatically sorted by due-time as well.

There are two ways to do this.

1) Instead of marking the task as completed a bunch of times to get the due-date moved forward to the correct day, just edit the due-date.
2) Put a ? in front of the due-date (example: "?Sept 6, 2008"). This tells Toodledo that this is an optional task, and it will automatically move it forward for you if the date passes without you completing it.

Hope that helps

Yes, the iCal format is very limited and should only be used as a supplement to Toodledo. A lot also depends on the calendar that you are importing it into. For example, Google Calendar doesn't support tasks, only events.

You have to customize the toolbars in order to get the Toodledo icons put on them. You can learn how to do this on this page: http://www.toodledo.com/widget/firefox_plugin.php

Hope that helps

We have had this for a very long time. When you click on a date, a popup calendar should appear automatically. What web browser are you using?

Hi, you can uncheck a task by clicking the checkbox again. This will undo any changes that were made when you checked it off. Also, if you don't want to see future tasks, or completed tasks, you can click on the "Filters" link and turn those tasks off.

Hope that helps.

In my mind, just being in another place isn't really a task. If it were me, I would put the outgoing and incoming flights onto my task list since they are discrete events and I would ignore all the days in between.

You could click "Modify saved search" and then just give it a new name and then delete the old one. Will that work?

Currently, the only field that is linked between tasks and subtasks is the folder. There have been requests to have the length field be automatically calculated like you have suggested and there have been other requests to have the due-date and start-date of the parent be calculated based on the subtasks. We have not implemented any of these suggestions yet, but we may give people the option of using this behavior in the future.

Thanks

Its probably best if you find a work around, because it is unlikely that we will change it so that all future occurrences of a repeating task appear on your to-do list. We made it so that tasks only get rescheduled when you complete them. This was a design choice we had to make at the beginning.

Hmm, that is strange. Do you have any other Firefox addons that could be conflicting with Toodledo's login cookie?

I just checked, and there appears to be a bug with Jott's website that prevents you from looking at page 2 of their Links page. Since Toodledo is on page 2, this means that you can't get to it until Jott fixes the bug. We just let them know, but it couldn't hurt if you let them know too.

Thanks

Printer margins depend on the printer being used, but we'll see if we can make the margins a little bigger.
