In the 2+ years that we have been running Toodledo, this is only the second complaint that we have received about our name. Plenty of people thought that Yahoo! and Flickr were a silly names too, so I guess we are in good company.

That said, if you can find a creative .com name that isn't already taken, we'll entertain the idea of using it as an alias for our site.

I know it sounds crazy, but we think the problem is with Google. When we use the same iCal link in other calendar programs (Apple's iCal for example), it works as expected. We'll keep looking into it to see if there is a workaround.

You need to expand the width of the "reassign" column. There should be a button adjacent to the drop down list of names. When you click the button, it will get reassigned.

We haven't really thought about it too much yet since we aren't flash developers, but if you, or anyone else, wants to build a flash application, we would be happy to work with you to find a solution that works for both of us.

Very strange. I took that saved search and ran it on my account and it was working. Hmmm...

When you say that no tasks show up, are you actually getting the "Nothing matched your search" message?

Do other searches work for you? Try doing a search for only uncompleted tasks.

I am not sure what is causing this. I just ran the same search and it worked as expected on my account. Do you have any other search terms in there?

Try using "goal is no goal" as the only search term and see if that brings back all of your completed and uncompleted tasks that are missing a goal. If that works, try adding back in the "checked off=no" rule and see what happens.

We are happy to announce that there is now a native iPhone application that will synchronize with Toodledo and give you the ability to manage your tasks offline.

The smart folks at Appigo have created an iPhone app called Todo that you can download from Apple's iTunes App Store.

With our advanced search view, you aren't required to remember any strange search terms. It's all there visually on the screen to pick from. Just click the "Search" link at the top of your to-do list.

You may be thinking about our QuickSearch field that allows you to quickly look through the tasks on the screen. The QuickSearch feature has not been changed.

Yahoo uses RSS for their widgets, so you can use Toodledo's RSS subscriptions to add your tasks to your My Yahoo page. This can be found in our "Connections" section.

Oh, I see. Since you mentioned that you had 2 accounts, I suspect that you registered Jott under one of them and that is why it is different for the one that you are using now. To fix it, you can simply update Jott to point to the new address.

Or better yet, use our official Jott widget and you won't even need to bother with this. You can find more information on our "Connections" page, and we have instructions here: http://www.toodledo.com/info/help_jott.php

It is now possible to get statistics on how many people are using your application.

All you need to do is start using the "Application ID" parameter specified in the API. Toodledo will keep track of the number of unique users and the number of sessions that your application has.

There is nothing that Toodledo can do to affect your Jott account. It's a one way connection from Jott to Toodledo.

So if something has changed in your Jott settings it must have been done by Jott. I would try contacting them if you are unable to correct the settings by yourself. You could also try removing the Toodledo-Jott connection and then recreating it.

First, go to your account settings and look under "Fields used" you need to put a checkmark next to "context". Then look for the "contexts" links in the sidebar which you can use to setup your contexts. You can then add contexts to your tasks.
