Hello,
You can remove the context heading by changing your first sort criteria in the dark blue menu. If you do not want dividers/headings, you can change your first sort to "Auto" or "Alphabetical". Please let us know if you have any other questions. |

Toodledo's Admin. Could you give me an answer on my question - what difference between project and task? Why I can't search in tasks with "contains", "begin with" and etc. But I can't do in with projects (folders). I describe this problem in March. And it obvious that is a problem of search. It's common have a much larger quantity of tasks and tags than folders, which is why we give more search options for tasks and tags. I understand you have lots of folders and could use more search options. We'll add this to our to-do list for a future update. However, we're unable to comment on a time frame for implementation. |

Is there a way for subtasks to display under the task in the same display? Or can I click on the task and have the subtasks listed under it? I would like to glance at my priority tasks and see all of the tasks and subtasks displayed at once. You can do this by adjusting your subtask filter under the "Show" menu. Hope this helps. |

It looks like you're trying to sync with a 3rd party app called "Notebook". All 3rd party apps that sync with Toodledo are responsible for synchronization. Please contact the company that makes this app and they'll be able to assist you.
Here some information about syncing our native iOS app with your website account: https://www.toodledo.com/info/help.php?sel=101 Hope this helps. |

You should be able to set an exact due time with the due time field. You can then set the alarm to "1min. before", which is the closest option to the exact time. Please create a support ticket if you continue to have issues with this.

Score: -1
Hello,
You can make "No Folder" items private by going into each collaborators sharing profile (https://www.toodledo.com/share.php) and unchecking "No Folder" under "Allowed Folders". You can also create a private context called "Private" and apply it to tasks with no folder using multi-edit. Hope this helps. |

Posted Oct 28, 2014 in: Bulk delete tasks?
Score: 0
Hello,
You can filter out completed tasks using "show" filters in the dark blue menu. Search with multi-edit is currently the only way to bulk delete. I suggest you use filter out completed tasks instead of deleting them. Multi-edit for Lists is on our to-do list for a future update. However, we're unable to comment on a time frame for implementation. |
