Hi Joel,

Yes, enhancing this feature is on our to-do list for a future update. However, we are unable to comment on a time frame for implementation.

Thanks!

Hi Brian,

If you click on the open/close dividers icon in the dark blue menu, they will stay open/closed upon refreshing the page.

Hello,

Unfortunately, this isn't possible, but it is on our to-do list. However, we can't comment on a time frame for implementation. Currently, it is only possible to hide future tasks based on date. Sorry for the inconvenience.

You can also use the "tag" field. You can tag the tasks by number, alphabetical, or any tag you'd like, then use your second sort criteria to be tags.

Hello,

If you go into your task list on the Toodledo app, tap on "hidden tasks" on the top left side, then you will be able to choose to hide future tasks. I hope this helps!

Hello,

Are you using the priority field? If not, you can activate it in your account settings by editing fields/functions used. Then, you can set a priority to these tasks and sort your tasks by priority. I hope this helps!

Hello,

The view for the iPad and iPad Mini should be identical. The only difference is the screen size. If you create a support ticket and attach a screen shot, we can see what you are referring to. Thanks

Hi Matthias,

If your collaborator goes to the collaboration page under tools, they will see the invite there. You do not have to send another. I hope this helps!

Hello,

You can sort your saved searches by any criteria you want. Click on "search" on the left side menu, then go to "sort" on the top dark blue menu and choose your sort criteria. This will sort all your saved searches the same. It is not currently possible to sort them individually. Also, you can modify saved searches by clicking on the saved search, then click on "modify search" located on the right side of the dark blue menu.

Folders are shared between tasks and notebook entries. If you click on the notebook tab, then view by folders, you should be able to see the folder that was just created and add notes to it.
