Hello,

Unfortunately, this is not possible. You can backdate due dates, but not creation dates. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello,

If they have given you permission, you can enter their workspace and view/edit their tasks. To do this, click on your user name located on the left side of the dark blue breadcrumb bar, then click on the name of your collaborator. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

I create tasks from Outlook e mail (Michael Linenberger MYN) with attachments. Do the attachments automatically stay witht the the task or do I have to specify something. Possibly phrased differently can I create tasks with attachments.
Alan

If you're using the email import feature, the attachment should automatically stick.

Does anyone know how I can save a task in multiple folders. I want to save tasks by client name and functional category. Thanks.

This is currently not possible, but it's on our to-do list.

Did you know that Toodledo has a Date Added and Date Completed Column? To enable these columns, all you have to do is select "date added" or "date completed" as any of your three sort criteria and these columns will appear on your task list.

Take a look!

I am no longer able to delete a single item using the trash can - how can I get it deleted?

Secondly, how can I delete a bunch of tasks. It should allow me to click the box to the left and then delete all - but where is that command?

Thanks.

It sounds like you clicked the "no more dialogs" box while deleting tasks, which is a temporary browser setting that will reset when you quit your web browser and start it up again. Please give that a try.

Like Salgud said, multi-edit is your best option for bulk-delete.

Yes, the "started" view shows tasks that have a start-date of today or earlier. Unfortunately, they cannot be customized.

I'm not referring to saved searches, but that is actually another good way to single out tasks by folder. You can also set contexts for personal and work tasks, then show/hide them using your filters.

It sounds like you're referring to your due-date dividers. This is the only option for due-date dividers, but you should be able to see all your due tasks.

If you click on the dateless calendar icon on the left side breadcrumb bar, you can view tasks by date for the whole month. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi John,

Currently, the only way to turn tasks into list items is to enter them manually. If you want to print only task titles, you can switch to multi-line mode and print. You can also temporarily disable the fields that you don't want to see, then print.

Hope that helps.

Hello,

It's not possible to filter out folders, but you can do this with contexts. Here is some more information:

Filters: https://www.toodledo.com/info/help.php#65

Hope that helps.

Did you know that you can now switch between lists using the new Breadcrumb Bar? At a glance, you can see which to-do list you are looking at and quickly navigate within the Task section. It will also make it possible to keep the sidebar collapsed more often, which will give you a wider and more focused view of your tasks.

Take a look!

Today's Tip:

Did you know that you can now collapse/expand the left sidebar with the click of a button in our new Ribbon? This function allows you to easily collapse the sidebar to maximize the amount of screen space available for your tasks, so that you can focus on what's important.

You can keep completed tasks for as long as you'd like regardless of your subscription, they'll just be hidden depending on your subscription level.
