Hello,

The backup includes everything, tasks, completed tasks, and notes. Exporting tasks does not include notes. You will have to export notes separately.

Currently, the only way to prevent this from happening is by turning off "sync on edit" in the apps settings under "synchronization".

Hope this helps.

The 3rd party app you're using is responsible for synchronization with Toodledo. They should be able to assist you with this.

Todays Toodledo Toosday tip:

Did you know that you can make folders private? When you share your to-do list with collaborators, you can set certain folder as “private” on the folder management page. You can also do this with only certain collaborators on the Collaboration page.

Hello,

You need to activate the context field in your account settings under "Fields & Defaults". Tap and hold the right side and then slide it up to the "fields used" section.

Hope that helps.

Hello,

The Mac Menu Bar App does not currently use new task defaults, but we'll add this to our to-do list. However, we're unable to comment on a time frame for implementation.

Thank you.

Todays Toodledo Toosday Tip:

Do you sometimes forget to check off tasks that were actually completed? Add a daily repeating task with a reminder towards the end of the day. This task can remind you to check off all tasks that were completed that day. This is a great way to prevent accidentally breaking goal chains.

Hello,

Yes, the deferred subtasks will be hidden from your list. If you ever want to view all the subtasks, you can simply turn the filter off, add the task and then turn it back on. You could also view those tasks using the "status" view on the left side menu. Please let me know if you have additional questions.

It sounds like you are referring to the Folder view on the left side menu. If you click on "Folder" under "view by" you will get this view. You can set "folder" as your default view in your account settings under "Default views".

Hope this helps!
