Score: 0
Hello,
The backup includes everything, tasks, completed tasks, and notes. Exporting tasks does not include notes. You will have to export notes separately. This message was edited Mar 28, 2014. |

Currently, the only way to prevent this from happening is by turning off "sync on edit" in the apps settings under "synchronization".
Hope this helps. |

The 3rd party app you're using is responsible for synchronization with Toodledo. They should be able to assist you with this.

Score: 0
Todays Toodledo Toosday Tip:
Do you sometimes forget to check off tasks that were actually completed? Add a daily repeating task with a reminder towards the end of the day. This task can remind you to check off all tasks that were completed that day. This is a great way to prevent accidentally breaking goal chains. Submit your Toodledo tips to [email protected]. Posted Feb 17, 2014 in: Response to Toosday subtask question?
Score: 0
Hello,
Yes, the deferred subtasks will be hidden from your list. If you ever want to view all the subtasks, you can simply turn the filter off, add the task and then turn it back on. You could also view those tasks using the "status" view on the left side menu. Please let me know if you have additional questions. |

It sounds like you are referring to the Folder view on the left side menu. If you click on "Folder" under "view by" you will get this view. You can set "folder" as your default view in your account settings under "Default views".
Hope this helps! |
