Obviously this function is broken. I would appreciate a quick fix to it. I like the proposed changes and the direction that has been announced to Toodledo over the next six months. I'll come back to it, if this problem is fixed ASAP. I assume that the management reads these posts. -- Carl Toodledo is considered abandoned. No one has heard from any one at the company for months. Support tickets are no longer answered. |

The thing is, I would not want to depend on Toodledo in long term because it's very doubtful that it will be there in long term. So, I'd suggest trying to work out a workflow that is not dependent on this particular service's feature set, unless one day you want to be forced to come up with it on the spot. I try new options as I learn about them. I back up Toodledo regularly. My fall-back if Toodledo finally dies before I've found a replacement is to pull the data into a spreadsheet. Annoying? Sure, but it would work as a bridge to something else. |

Manage Your Now is a workflow management system in the same way that Get Things Done is a workflow management system. Toodledo and Outlook tasks are customizable enough to use for MYN. Most of the apps I've tried seem to be designed for GTd, which I don't do. The closest I've found so far was Remember the Milk and I found it extremely clunky to use on desktop. |

MYN is Start date based. But the other major problem I'm having is other apps have 3 priorities and I'm using 4.

I'm still looking for a good replacement. I follow MYN, not GTD. I've tried lots of other task managers and they're all lacking. I was seriously considering getting an Office 365 subscription so I could get Outlook Tasks, but Microsoft seems to be phasing that out, too.

This happens whenever the time changes to / from daylight savings / summer time. It's a bug that's been around for years.

The company was sold. There have been problems with the new owners. (You can look up the various threads if you really care to know the details.) So, don't make any assumptions based on how it used to work. I don't know if your tasks are now permanently gone (I suspect they are). You could try creating a support ticket, but I'm still waiting for resolution on a ticket from over a year ago.

If they ever respond. The <2 day response time estimate in the ticket queue is at least twice as long as that. If not infinite at this point. I open a support ticket on April 8, 2019. The last update from them was June 21, 2019 saying they knew what the problem was and would fix it the next time they had to take the system down. I'm not holding my breath and have learned to work around the bug. |

In fact, in the New Task View, how do you even see what rules a Saved Search consisted of? Click on the saved search. Click on the down arrow next to the sorting options. Click on Modify Saved Search. |

I don't use tags, so I'm not sure if works the same way. I just tested with "title". If I select "title contains {blank}" all the tasks are selected. If I select "title doesn't contain {blank}" none of the tasks are selected. Maybe try "tag doesn't contain" and see if that gets the correct results.

I believe what the OP wants (and I do as well), is a way to have different sort orders for different saved searches. Currently, all the saved searches use the same sort order and you have to click the sort options when switching between them.

I did this for a while until I changed to MYN. Are there fields you aren't using? There are several you can use for numbers and then use that field as a secondary sort field.

I don't think it's a cache issue. I normally use Firefox, but I downloaded and installed Chrome to see if it was a browser issue. Same problem and this was a fresh install of Chrome, so no previous cache existed.

I'm seeing the lag when I try to change priority or start date. However, after playing around with it a bit, I discovered the lag is only on this page:
