I have a better solution that works for me (forward the Outlook email to my gmail account, click to turn it into a task then allow my tasks to sync with Toodledo. Then the task it's in my Toodledo inbox awaiting processing.). You can forward your Outlook email directly to Toodledo:See http://www.toodledo.com/tools/connect_email.php |

I would really like to create a "workspace" for each one of my companies. So I can see all project folders listed for my marketing company and then switch workspaces to view all project folders listed for my farm. You might be able to do what you want by assigning a Context to each company and then filtering by Context.

You can't copy and paste subtasks from one task to another but if you "clone" a task, it will copy all the subtasks, and then you can edit the main task.

How do I search for a task or note on iOS? |

This was suggested on the day after the Toodledo iPhone app was introduced in October 2008:
http://www.toodledo.com/forums/1/718/-3309/toodledo-on-the-iphone.html Posted by vegheadjones: One thing I hope is supported soon is viewing by saved searches. Personally I don't need to make saved searches on the iphone, but I do need access to the ones I have already saved, that is where I do most of my work. Here's a more recent topic:http://www.toodledo.com/forums/2/5641/-67933/search-not-available-in-slim-and-iphone-app.html Posted by Toodledo: Basic search is available on the iPad, and saved searches are still on the to-do list. Saved searches are my personal top request for the iPhone, so I am motivated to get it done, but we have a few things that have higher priority due to their wider appeal.

You can try the Pro subscription for free for one week and see how it works. You can even set up additional accounts to test the sharing.
Just click on Upgrade in the top right-hand corner and then on the next screen you'll see the offer on the left side. Also, you can take a look at the documentation here: http://www.toodledo.com/info/sharing.php This message was edited Jul 10, 2012. |

The Toodledo iPhone app does not have the ability to view file attachments, even though you have a Pro Plus subscription.
Here is a topic from August 2009: http://www.toodledo.com/forums/2/2646/-13790/viewing-files-on-the-iphone.html Here's a more recent topic: http://www.toodledo.com/forums/2/14270/-68832/file-attachments-on-ios.html I'm wondering: Does m.toodledo.com offer the ability to view file attachments? Lifehacker says that Toodledo can synch with Google Tasks. Is this correct, or are they mixing Toodledo up with a different app? No. Yes.See this topic: http://www.toodledo.com/forums/2/9605/2/sync-with-google-tasks.html |

Score: 0
You can try this:
Create a task that repeats "the last Monday of each month" as a reminder to create the actual task(s) with a Due Date on the last weekday of the month. This message was edited Jun 20, 2012. |

Toodledo is a website.
The data is stored on the Toodledo website. There is no software to install. There is no corporate licence. There is no Toodledo software that you can install on your servers. If you want to store your data on your own servers then you should use something like Exchange Server and Outlook. |

Did you use the word "the"? That's the key difference.

You have to specify "The 2nd Monday".
It won't work if you put "2nd Monday". (A bit silly, right?) You don't need to input a Start Date or a Due Date but the Repeat won't be triggered until you complete the task. Also, the input box for "Advance options" is awkward to use. If you move your mouse slightly outside the box, it disappears. This message was edited Jun 01, 2012. |
