Today's Toodledo Toosday Tip:
Some tasks are recurring in nature and Toodledo makes it easy to create such tasks. Toodledo even allows you to specify the frequency with a certain degree of specificity. For instance, I have a tasks which I want to perform daily except on weekends. In the Repeat field, instead of using the Daily option, I would select the advanced options and type in Every Weekday. The best way to separate work and personal items is by using the context and tag fields with filters. Here is some more information: Context: https://www.toodledo.com/info/help.php#9 Tags: https://www.toodledo.com/info/help.php#8 Filters: https://www.toodledo.com/info/help.php#65 Using two account with our iOS app is more difficult because you will have to switch between logins on a daily basis and then delete data to be able to sync with your second account. Are there any plans to update/enhance the goals feature? It seems that in the latest design work, we have Tasks, Notes, Outlines, Lists & Habits sitting proudly at the top of the page, whilst Goals is shuffled off under the Organize. I would like to know if there are plans to enhance the goals section, or if Outlines is the new Goals? Goals doesn't even appear in the ipad or iphone app. Another app I've been trying (specific to Goal setting) has functionality to combine tasks and habits under one Goal, and track the % complete based upon those options. Seems like Toodledo now has all the building blocks to also bring all this together. Would love to have everything in one place.
