I do not see a "Completed Date" field when I search for completed tasks or on the list of available fields. Where is that? I have a Silver Subscription, do I need a different subscription for that feature? I dont see that listed as a feature on other subscriptions. thanks Hello, If you choose "Date Completed" as one of your three sort options, the "Date Completed" column will appear. Hope that helps! |

Did you know that you can now append tags to existing tags using batch-edit. Previously, if you wanted to change the tag on a batch of tasks, you had to replace all the tags with the new tag. Now, you have another option which is to append tags to the existing tags on those tasks.

The only other option would be to switch to multi-line format. You can do this by clicking on the action menu on the top right and then "Multi-line". Once in multi-line format, click on the blue arrow text to the task title. |

Setting Notes as the default view is currently not possible. I suggest you bookmark the notes link and add it to your "favorites" bar. This will allow you access the notes section with one click.

After creating a search, you will see the "Save Search" box on the right side. Type in the name of your search and save. You can also view tasks that are due "today" by clicking the due date view on the left sidebar. Hope that helps! |
