The Toodledo app syncs with your website account. If you want to use it on your desktop, you will need a 3rd party tool. Toodledo does not have a desktop app. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello,
You can change the way subtasks are listed through your filters. You can find this menu by clicking on the "eye" icon on the top right. It sounds like you want your subtasks to be "indented". In the new format, the checkbox was moved to be right next to the subtasks title, under the "Task" column. Please let is know if you have trouble viewing this. |

Thanks for the suggestions and feedback. Having to manually switch the ON/OFF button adds more confirmation to the change and prevents mistakes from happening on large quantities of tasks. Perhaps if we add a "Revert Changes" option in the future, then we can do what you suggested.

It looks like you have over 18K completed tasks. I suggest exporting your history of completed tasks here: https://www.toodledo.com/tools/connect_csv.php

You can choose "Date Added" as one of your three sort options and a "Date Added" column will appear on your task list. You can also do an advanced search using the date added field. Hope that helps! |
