- the tasks that I used are ALWAYS repeating in my list ... and
- when I finally found them in the deleted list, their "repeat" status was still set

so I merely had to restore them, and then remove the "optional" status.

bug or not - I won't be trying this feature again!

We're sorry for the inconvenience. We'd like to get to the bottom of this. Can you check something for me? In your deleted tasks list, for these tasks, what does it say under "method"?

pawelkaleta is correct. You can find this setting in your account settings under "Subtasks".

Unfortunately, we don't have a "snooze" feature yet, but it is on our to-do list. However, we can't comment on a time frame for implementation.

You can set an "Optional" due date and have the task repeat daily, which will make the task roll over everyday until it's completed. Here is some more information:

Yes, this is our subtask feature, which is available with an upgraded subscription. You can sort tasks in "Indented" mode, so they show up listed under their parents task. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Try going to the collaboration page and accepting the invitation there.

If that doesn't work, your collaborator can click on your profile/email address on their collaboration page, disable "Allow collaborator to view my tasks", click on "Stop Sharing" and then resend the invitation. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

You cannot revert outline items into tasks or vice versa, but you can attach an entire outline to a task using the attachments feature. This feature is available with a Gold subscription or higher. Here is some more information:

Hi anna.kinsella192,

First, I suggest you backup your website account instead of just printing them out. Here is the link to backup:

Next, you can force sync your website account to the app. In the app settings, click on Settings, Synchronization, Modify Account Login, then click on "Force Toodledo -> Device Sync". This should sync all data from the website to the app.

We're sorry for the inconvenience. I was not able to reproduce this. Please make sure you refresh your to-do list after sending the email. Also, make sure your filters aren't hiding your emailed tasks. Let us know if you continue to have issues with this.
