Hello,
It sounds like your filters may be hiding some tasks. http://www.toodledo.com/info/help.php?sel=65 |

Hi Paul,
Completed tasks automatically get hidden from your task list after one week. If you'd like them to be hidden immediately, you can do this with filters. http://www.toodledo.com/info/help.php?sel=65 Hope that helps. |

Posted Aug 31, 2017 in: ►How to: Recurrent task on last weekday of the month
Score: -1
Hello,
This feature is still on our to-do list. However, it's not a top priority feature. We do not have an ETA on this, sorry. A workaround would be to make the repeating tasks due on the 1st of every month and then set the reminder to "one day before". You will receive the reminder on the last day of every month. |

We're glad you were able to figure it out! Timer is still "Read-only" on Android and on our to-do list for future implementation.

Posted Aug 28, 2017 in: How Sort Tasks in iOS App?
Score: 0
Posted by cfulbright:
I've looked in the Settings for tasks in the iOS app, and cannot find how to set sort order. I'd like to sort by 1) Day Due, 2) Priority, and 3) Alphabetically, in that order. You should find sort options in the dark blue menu above your task list. |

Posted Aug 07, 2017 in: Ordering Tasks - Same as subtasks
Score: 0
Hello,
Thanks for the suggestion. Manual reordering is not available for a variety of reasons, but the main one is that we provide a bunch of powerful ways to automatically sort your tasks. You may want to check out the Outlines section which provides for manual reordering via drag and drop and also unlimited levels of subtasks. |

The best way would be to use the "R" keyboard shortcut.

Posted May 18, 2017 in: Today's Tip: Use Tags to Keep Track of Messages
Score: 3
Does it get hard keeping track of messages sent from all sorts of different places, like Facebook, email, Instagram etc.? When adding tasks regarding these messages, use Tags to indicate where the messages came from. This is an easy way to remind you where a message is located, so you can quickly refer back to it when needed.
