You can use contexts or tags for your shopping items and then hide them with filters. However, I would recommend using the Lists section for this, which will completely separate them from tasks. Hello,

Did you know that you can batch-edit a parent task and its subtasks instead of editing them one by one?
Simply click on the parent tasks action menu to the left of the title, then click on the permanent link. Make sure the subtasks are showing/expanded and then use batch-edit to edit them all at once! It's not possible to customize the "recently completed" filter. However, you can create an advanced search with the retention period of your choice and then save it as a "view" on the left sidebar.
