Unfortunately, Toodledo will not do what you want.
Only one instance of a repeating will show up. There's a possible solution but I think that it will be too difficult to implement and maintain, especially if you have several repeating tasks that you want to view in your weekly list. Instead of a daily task, you could create several weekly tasks, eg. one that repeats on Monday, the next on Tuesday, etc. Then you could view multiple tasks in the future but they would, in essence, be the same task on a different day. I'm not suggesting that this will work for you but it is one option. |

You can reorder Subtasks:
It is possible to manually reorder subtasks via drag and drop. This is a feature for Pro Subscribers. To use this, you must first go into your account settings and under "Subtasks" enable manually sorting. Now, you can drag and drop subtasks into the order of your choosing and the sorting criteria discussed above will be ignored. http://www.toodledo.com/info/help.php?sel=103 BTW, where did you get the quote from Toodledo support? |

Here's another topic with the same issue:
http://www.toodledo.com/forums/2/12324/0/what-is-this-appointment-on-the-toodledo-calendar.html Here's the answer from Toodledo: "This is a bug with Google Calendar. If you are using our Toodledo Google Calendar gadget, there is no way for us to add events directly to your calendar. The fact that multiple people are seeing the same event suggests that it is a Google problem. Please contact Google for assistance. "Also, you might experiment with disabling the Toodledo gadget and see if the task goes away. I suspect that it won't." |

Yeah, but you have to have all the abbreviations before you can copy them, right? ;)

Posted Sep 07, 2011 in: Can shared folders/tasks be synced?
Score: 0
The iPod/iPhone/iPad Toodledo app does not support sharing of tasks with another user.
You can both share one account and access it from two devices (and use Context, Folder, or Tags to assign and filter tasks) but each of you will have access to all tasks. |
Purveyor |
Isn't this most likely a matter of having two different sets of Filters? For example, Toodledo online is filtering out future tasks, but the iPad is not.
What makes this a bit more confusing is that Toodledo online allows a different set of filters for each View (eg. Main, Folders, Context) but on the iPad, the filters are the same for all Views. Also, online the option to filter is identified by the menu item "Show", but on the iPad it's "Hidden Tasks". |

In Toodledo, you can view/review tasks that you've assigned to another user. You just can't do it at the same time as viewing your own tasks.

Sorry, as far as I can tell, there is no function in Toodledo that allows you to specify the last weekday of each month.
You could try using a monthly task that reminds you to create (or modify) another task with a due date on the last weekday, which you'll have to determine yourself. |
Purveyor |
Create a task that is due today, use the date modifier "Optionally on", and set Repeat to "Daily".
It will automatically be moved to tomorrow (with a Due Date equal to tomorrow's date) if you don't complete the task today. See Date Modifiers: http://www.toodledo.com/info/help.php?sel=42, and Repeating Tasks: http://www.toodledo.com/info/help.php?sel=2 This message was edited Sep 06, 2011. |

Scroll to the top of a task list, and then keep scrolling and you'll see a "Search" area.
Also, tapping on the status bar across the very top of the iPhone/iPad screen (where you see the time and battery level), will take to the beginning of a list. This works in many iPhone/iPad apps, eg. Contacts, Mail. |

You can view someone else's tasks by changing the Workspace in the top right of the screen but you can't view those tasks at the same time as your tasks.
Toodledo does offer refunds: http://www.toodledo.com/info/help.php?sel=37 |

Sharing is not available on the iPhone/iPad apps.
This has been a common request and I guess it is somewhere on Toodledo's list of possible changes. |

You can Sort by the hidden fields: "Date Added", "Date Modified", "Date Completed".
Also, when you sort by any of these fields, they become visible. |

How are you opening Toodledo?
I'm guessing that you've created a shortcut/bookmark/favorite with this address: http://www.toodledo.com/tasks/index.php#main The default view will work if you go to www.toodledo.com. |

Toodledo is a web-based application and not a "desktop application".
Which application you referring to? Here's a list of third-party applications (i.e. developed by someone other than Toodledo): http://www.toodledo.com/tools/directory.php |

I used the Todo iPhone app on the weekend and had many problems with it. Fortunately, I had a recent backup so I deleted all my Toodledo data and then imported it from the backup.
Based on my experience, I think that the Toodledo app is better than any other app at synchronizing with the website. The other apps are either slower, not as accurate, or they add coded messages to the task notes. |

Are you using the Toodledo iPhone app or the Todo app by Appigo? The recent versions of Todo have had some problems with syncing task notes.
Also, what software are using to sync with Outlook? |
