Thanks for the suggestion. We do not comment on timeframes for implementation, but this is on our to-do list.

Thanks

There is not currently a way to export only a subset of your tasks. You will have to collect your bookmarks into a folder and then export all your tasks as a CSV file. You can then load this CSV file into a spreadsheet program and sort on the folder column and delete all the unwanted folders. So with just a few steps you can do what you want, I think.

If you get our iOS or Android app and sync your Toodledo account with it, then you can access all this data offline.

The task moves forward based on the due-date and then the start-date is moved forwards the same amount so that the difference between start-date and due-date remains the same.

I think we have figured out the root cause of this and we are working on a fix right now.

When you type a day of the week by itself, it looks for the closest one. That may be forwards or backwards. We plan to make it search forwards only, but haven't gotten around to this yet. In the meantime, try typing "/next monday" or "/last monday" to be more specific about which one you want.

Right now, tasks that have been completed more than a week ago are hidden from your lists and are only available via an advanced search.

Putting them on the calendar is a good idea. I'll add this to our todo list.

Yes, you can run beta.toodledo.com on a mobile device. It should work great.

Regarding the list not refreshing immediately when you check off a task. This is how the website works too. It would be jarring if a task disappeared instantly when you complete it. And some people complete a task and then edit the note to write something down. If the task disappeared it would be difficult to do this. To refresh the list in the app there are a variety of ways to do this. You can switch to notes and back, like you have discovered. You can tap the back button and then tap to view the list again. You can also tap the "show" button and then the done button.

If you create some saved searches on this website, they will sync to the phone and you'll be able to access them there.

Thanks for letting us know. Yes, 100 is what we consider "unlimited" because it would be extreme to have that many new habits to be working on. I'll get it updated.

I have tested this a bunch over the last week, and I have not been able to make the sync cause the rest of the app to freeze. For me, in all my testing, the sync happens while I move around in the app and add tasks and do whatever I need to do. I am sure that there is some way to get the sync to freeze the rest of the app, but I haven't been able to cause it yet, so its difficult for me to figure out what it is. I'll keep trying, but in the meantime, if you turn off the "sync on start" and turn on "sync on edit", and then manually sync every so often, this should solve your problem.

If you have any other tips about how I can cause this problem to happen, I would love to hear it.

If you click to collapse the divider on the web, it will tell you how many tasks are inside. We are thinking about putting this number into the header all the time as well.

This is normal. Your folder and your colleague's folder are different folders. Even if they have the same name, they are different folders. Toodledo is not currently smart enough to reassign a task and then translate the folders, contexts, goals and locations to the other person's folders, contexts, goals and locations with the same name. This is on our todo list.
