I am sorry, but we do not have an offline PDF manual for how to use Toodledo.

You can do this on the search page with our multi-edit tool. Here is more info:

Yeah, it is a mystery. I am running 3 different version of Firefox on both Mac and PC and I cannot cause any lagging issues. I even ran it on a slow computer to see if that would affect it and it did not, so Im sort of out of ideas. Its very difficult for me to fix a problem that I cannot replicate since I would have no idea what to fix or if what I changed fixed it. I'll keep trying, but if you think of any detail that might help, please let us know.

The best way is to enable one at a time until the problem happens. The disable all but the last one added and see if it still happens. If so, you found the plugin that is causing the problem.

Do you have roboform installed? This is one that we know causes problems.

The favicon has always been 16 pixels by 16 pixels, which is the standard size for a favicon. The only thing that we changed was the color from green to orange.

You might have to refresh the browser to get the fix for the default star.

Toodledo cannot repeat a task every "32 days from completion, rounded down to the earliest weekday"

If you set the task to repeat "every 4 weeks from completion date" then, as long as you complete the task on the day that you do it, it will remain on a weekday and will be 28 days into the future. This will be 1 day earlier that you need it to be, so you can just name the task "Do my task tomorrow". Thats the best that Toodledo can do.

The best you can do is every 28 days by setting the task to be due "every 4 weeks" and then picking a day of the week that is convenient, like monday. It would then repeat always on monday after 28 days each time, which would be within your 32 day window, so I think that would work.

If you want them to be always indented, click on the "Show" button in the toolbar and select "Indented", otherwise it is on a case-by-case basis with your list set in "inline" mode.

You can still have more than 6 tasks per day. The only thing that has changed is that if you have more than 6 tasks, the calendar will not immediately show the actual number. You can always hover your mouse over any date to see the total count, and you can click on any date to see those tasks, just like you could before.

Our statistics showed that the vast majority of people's calendars had fewer than 5 tasks per day, so we didn't think that it was very important to be able to instantly distinguish between dates that have 12 tasks and those that have 13. What you really want to know is that certain dates are busy (6+ dots), so you can click to see what those tasks are.

Thanks for the suggestion. I would recommend getting a mouse with a scroll wheel, so you dont have to move your mouse all the way to the right to scroll. This would work on all websites and applications. I couldn't stand using a computer without a scrollwheel on my mouse.

It sounds like you have your iPhone set to beep whenever you get a new email message. Any email you receive in the middle of the night, including Toodledo's hotlist email will cause the iPhone to beep because this is how you have it set. One thing you can do is to silence your phone when you go to sleep.
