I don't know why this happened differently for you. You can fix this by simply editing the due-date to be tuesday and hopefully it won't happen again.

Or, you can delete a range of tasks by using our mult-edit tool on the search page.

I do not know of a way to backup the note to Outlook, but you can always export your note to a file on your PC using our export tools.

You can tap on that to see the parent task and then see all of the remaining subtasks for that parent.

When you refresh the list, they will be sorted into their place.

We have tried everything. Surprisingly, we can see from our server logs that Google actually fetches the data about once every hour, but for some reason known only to Google, it takes 8-24 hours for Google to process this data and get the updates into your calendar. We have found a way to get Google update tasks that you edited on Toodledo, so that you don't have old data (you still need to wait the 24 hours though). We have a little more testing to do, but it seems to work.

We also send out a reminder email a few days before it expires. Sometimes these reminders end up in the spam folder. We are thinking about making the on-site warning a little more intrusive, but we don't want to bother people too much.
