Click the "eye" icon in the top right and check the "Recently Completed" filter. You can also go into your account settings and look in the "Recently deleted tasks" list if you think they were deleted and you can undelete them there. But they shouldn't be deleted until 2 years elapse.

Im not sure what would cause iCal to not show them for you. Are you sure that you have a task scheduled for that day? Is there a checkmark on the Toodledo calendar in the sidebar on the left?

You are passing a string as the $post variable: $post = 'tasks=["title":"TEST ADD1"]' This is supposed to be a task object in JSON format (or an array of task objects), but you are sending an array of fields. You'll want something like this instead: $post = 'tasks={"title":"TEST ADD1"}' or $post = 'tasks=[{"title":"TEST ADD1"},{"title":"TEST ADD2"}]' You could also try sending the data as an array instead of a string. This is how we do it in our automated tests: $task = array("title"=>"Title"); $post = array("tasks"=>json_encode($task)); $data = $this->postResource("tasks/add.php",$post);

In the case that you are referring to, the changes we made to the Task Header tested really well with our beta testers, so we did not anticipate any problems. We already had a survey prepared to test the difference between the light and dark colors of the header which was something that we were unsure about. After we saw the feedback in our forums about the add button placement we quickly modified the survey to ask a few extra questions about the button on the left vs right. We wanted to see if this was a widely held feeling, or just a few vocal people in our forums. It was not a landslide, but slightly more people wanted the add button on the left, so we moved it. This is a case where the beta testers did not accurately reflect the general population. We expect this from time to time. In the future we may use surveys more, but we will also rely on our gut and on the beta testers like we have been. We get it right much more than we get it wrong and when we do get it wrong, we fix the mistake quickly as you have pointed out.
Jake Toodledo Admin	Posted Nov 04, 2015 in: Hot List Score: 0 Jake (Admin) Posted: Nov 04, 2015 Score: 0 The hotlist that you are emailed should be the same hotlist that you see on the website and in the app. The only difference would be the filters that you have applied on the website and in the app which may be hiding some of the tasks. You can turn off the filters on the website by clicking the "eye" icon in the top right corner. In the app, you tap the "Show" button. If you are talking about how the list is sorted, the emailed hotlist is sorted by importance, so you can set your sort on the website/app to importance and then it will be in the same order.

Here are two things to check: 1) Try an email alarm and see if that works 2) For the "website/browser" based alarm, make sure that you have given Toodledo permission to present these alarms. Try the test alarm on the alarm setup page to make sure it works. You can also look at the website permissions in your web browser to see if you have accidentally denied Toodledo permission to present browser based alerts. 3) For iOS alarms, currently you must choose "Task alarms come from website" in the app's settings for this to work since the app hasn't yet been updated to send local habit alarms (this will come in a future update).

Sorry. This may be implemented in a future update. In the meantime, adding the timestamp yourself is the best solution. There is some other software that you could install on your computer that could add the timestamp with a keyboard shortcut. For example, on the Mac I use "TextExpander".

The first is "Schedules". This allows you to create habits that repeat on a schedule of your choosing. You can make everyday habits like before, but you can also make a habit for just the weekends, or just Tuesdays. The second addition is "Alarms". Get reminders to help you remember to completed and log your habits. Alarms can be sent via email, Text, Twitter, our iOS app, or in your web browser. Before we get a hundred requests for this: We are planning to create a way for a habit to repeat several times a week, but not always on the same day. I checked off a task with my mouse and then without doing anything else pressed "r" and it refreshed the page. Was there anything else that you are doing that might allow us to reproduce this bug so that we can fix it?

We didn't feel like it was an urgent issue with those sections since new items are not created as often in those sections.
