Click on the due-date, to bring up the calendar. Then click on the next day in the calendar. This is just as fast as clicking on a menu and clicking a "defer by 1 day" button, with the advantage that you can defer by 2 days or 1 week, or whatever just as easily.

Then use the "hide completed tasks" filter. When you are ready to regenerate the checklist, just check off the parent task, which will cause it to be repeated with all of its subtasks unchecked.

To share your list privately with someone else, you need a Pro account. The other person doesn't need a Pro account, but it will be in read-only mode if they don't.

Apple doesn't really provide a clean way to integrate directly with iCal on the iPhone, which is why you have to do the roundabout methods to do it. We would like a direct sync method, but it isn't possible yet.

You can do this by plugging the iPhone into the mac via the charging cable, and then open iTunes and press the sync button. This will transfer your data to iTunes so that you can restore it later if you need to. However, it would be better to sync wirelessly with this website, because that would provide an ongoing backup up to the minute.

You can find the booklet in the "Tools & Services" section near the top. Just download the PDF booklet to your computer, and then you can open it and print it.
