This functionality is on the newly upgraded "Search View". All you need to do is search for the tasks that you want to edit. Then click the "Multi-Edit" link in the toolbar. This will reveal all the options for editing tasks in bulk. Just select which fields you want to update, pick the new values and hit the save button to update every task on the page in one easy step. The "Filters", "Sort", "Collaborators", and "QuickSearch" links now have little icons next to them that toggle open and closed to indicate if those toolbars are revealed or not. Also, we have added a toolbar below the tabs to contain some functionality that had previously been scattered in different places or unavailable. This new toolbar has links to reveal the notes, print your to-do list, adjust the columns, add new fields and a new link that will expand or contract all the dividers at once. These are small changes, but we think it will make our website easier to use.

If you enable this, it will put a trashcan next to all of your tasks for easy deletion. If you leave it unchecked, the trashcan will appear only next to completed tasks. Hope that helps.

This gives you the ability to change the context before adding the task. If we were to use the default context for tasks coming in via other menas (Jott for example) there would not be an opportunity to change the context and some tasks would therefore get incorrectly labeled. One thing you should consider doing is making a saved search using the "Via Jott" search term. You could even add "Context is none" to the search to quickly find all the tasks that have been added via Jott that have not yet been processed. Hope that helps

If Toodledo doesn't know when midnight is for you, the tasks will not be moved forward at the correct time.

If so, when you complete a daily task with a due-date of tomorrow, it will appear to not be completed because it is being moved forward from the completion date (today) to tomorrow, which makes it appear not to move. I hope I described that well. The other thing you may want to check is that these tasks have a due-date. If a task doesn't have a due-date, it doesnt know when to repeat.

All I was saying with my previous post was that if someone came up with another clever name (that was still available), we would consider having it point to Toodledo as an alias (similar to how we have the misspelling todledo.com working as an alias).

If you need to assign multiple contexts to tasks, we suggest using tags, or combining contexts (for example: WorkPhone, HomePhone). Hope that helps
