Thanks for the suggestion. We can't comment on a timeframe for implementation, but this is on our to-do list.

Unfortunately, this isn't possible, but it is on our to-do list. However, we can't comment on a timeframe for implementation.

Thanks

Chromatic dragon is notorios for duplicating tasks. Unfortunately, we cannot prevent this or provide assistance for 3rd party apps.

It could be a plugin that got updated, or it could be a plugin that wasn't activated.

Tags are case insensitive, so "cath" and "Cath" are treated as the same tag by Toodledo and tasks with either tag are shown in the same list. Toodledo still has to pick one of them as the "Display" version. Currently, it randomly picks one of the versions to display. If it is showing the lower case version, then it means that somewhere in your list there is still a task with the lower case version of the tag.

You are correct. The API 2.0 is optimized for syncing, since this is what 99% of the apps built on Toodledo do. The best thing to do is to sync the data and then do all your searching on your local copy of the data. This will be much faster than doing all your searches on the server.

The plugin warning wouldn't make the icons invisible. In fact, its the other way around. The icons being invisible would cause the plugin warning because it is detecting that something isn't right. There must be something configured in your web browser that is preventing the icons from loading. This could be a plugin, or it could be a setting on your firewall.

This could happen if you already have a folder named "ps-travel" since duplicate folder names are not allowed. The "ps-travel" folder may be archived so you cant see it until you click the "show archived" button.

We do not create folders with those names. If you did not create them yourself, then a 3rd party app that you sync with must have created them.

This is still on our agenda. I am sorry that we have not gotten to this yet, or that we don't have an ETA for enhancements to the Notebook section.

1) The iOS app has limited ability to set locations by searching for places/addresses. You can do this via this website and then sync the data to the iOS device.

2) Thanks for the suggestion. This is on our to-do list.

3) The "Get Alerts" switch will turn on the location alarms, so that you will get notified about a location when you get near it. The "Sensitivity" options control how sensitive the alarm trigger is. If you live in an area with poor cell tower coverage, you may get false alarms, so you can turn down the sensitivity. Time alerts and location alerts are independent, so there is no interaction, and you will get both at the appropriate times/locations.

You can't print a calendar yet, but you can print a list of your tasks sorted by due-date and it will group each day's worth of tasks together going down the page, which may work for you.

If you really need to print a calendar, you ca sync with an external calendar (iCal, Google Calendar, etc) using our calendar syncing option under "Tools" and then print there.

You could make a saved search that finds only the folders you care about, and then sort the list by folder to group them.

It is not possible to add a task via a single url for security reasons. You can use our API if you want to make some automated process.

If you are taking about our website, you can do this via the Subtask options under the "Show" toolbar button. If you are talking about subtask presentation inside Pocket Informant, you'll need to ask that company. We don't have control over what their app does.

The notification center isn't really designed to work that way. Toodledo cannot remove a notification when it is completed because Apple does not provide this functionality. We also cannot add items to the notification center without causing the phone to beep, so it wouldn't work to keep it populate with the current badge items. Apple just didn't make it work this way.

The sync button dims while it is is syncing. You can't sync twice at the same time. What you need to do is wait for the first sync to finish before starting another sync. A better way to do it is to turn on auto-syncing and then it will just happen in the background and you won't need to think about it and micromanage the sync button.

I am not aware of a way to export from Things to Toodledo. If Things offers a CSV export option then our CSV importer will work. In the future we would like to have an importer for the Things datafile, but we don't have an ETA for this feature.
