I think it happens when the network has a hiccup during the update. What you can do is connect to your computer to sync and it will finish the update.

If you have a list of 50 tasks, the best thing would be to open our website, click "Add task" then click "Add multiple" and then copy and paste in your list.

Score: 0 Jake (Admin) Posted: Jul 12, 2013 Score: 0 At one point I tried to get an Extended Validation Certificate but the paperwork was extremely cumbersome, so we never finished the process. In any case, we still have a valid SSL certificate that protects your data in the same way. From wikipedia: "Certificates issued by a CA under the EV guidelines are not structurally different from other certificates (and hence provide no stronger cryptography than other, cheaper certificates)"

Jake Toodledo Admin	Posted Jul 12, 2013 in: Miscellaneous Updates: Outline improvements, un-star completed, Score: 0 Jake (Admin) Posted: Jul 12, 2013 Score: 0 This week we have implemented a variety of miscellaneous updates. 1) Outlines with links inside will now have clickable links. 2) Outline sorting/reordering of nodes is now greatly improved. 3) There is now an option in your account settings to automatically un-star a task when it is completed. If you use the star to mark urgent tasks, this can be a helpful way to have repeating tasks not be urgent after they are rescheduled. 4) The new file attachment feature now paginates the list of files, so if you have many files, it will no longer load painfully slowly. 5) We now offer a 14 day free trial of the Pro Plus subscription (previously it as 7 days of Pro). 6) We have updated our documentation and made a new video for our new file attachment feature This message was edited Jul 12, 2013.

There is a button in the top right corner of the outline to copy it so you don't have to recreate the checklist each time. You can also use the button in the blue toolbar to uncheck all items so you can start over.
