Sometimes people create two accounts by accident and when they sign into the other account, they think that their tasks were deleted. If you go to the correct account, they will be there. The other thing is that it could be that your filters are hiding the tasks. The only reason why a task would be deleted would be if it was an optional task whose due-date has passed. If this isn't what happened, then please file a bug report and let us know if there are any details that might help us, like what you were doing when the tasks were deleted. If you are using any third-party tools (like the Outlook Sync tool) please us know about that too. Thanks

If not, are you sure that you have entered your account information correctly inside the iTouch app? If so, then you may need to reset the sync settings. To do this, just go into the synchronization settings and retype your password and hit "save". Hope that helps.

In Safari, if you click the back button and then edit a task it will replace it with the previously edited tasks title. I have no idea why Safari does that, but we'll certainly look into that.

It's possible that newer version of Palm Desktop have changed the file format for the TDA file. We had to reverse engineer this file, so if they changed it, that would certainly cause the problem. If your version of Palm Desktop has a CSV export option, you could try that.

Folders, contexts and tags are just personal preference. Use whichever one you like the best. Hope that helps.
