Click "Modify Search" then click "Search" then "Save Search" and rename it. You can then reselect the original one with the bad name and click "forget search".

Score: 0 Jake (Admin) Posted: Nov 26, 2014 Score: 0 The scheduler doesn't know that your subtasks need to be done before the parent task. This is a concept called "Task Dependency" that Toodledo does not yet support (although its on our todo list). If you have a parent task that is just a container for the subtasks, you could give that parent task a length that is the sum of it's subtasks, which should help the scheduler display it more accurately. Having Toodledo automatically sum the lengths of the subtasks and put that into the parent's length is also something that is on our to-do list for a future update.

Version 5.5.0 includes the following improvements. * Indented subtasks can now show up in filtered lists without their parents * Long-press a task to delete or clone tasks and add or promote subtasks * Automatic subtask completion when parent task is marked complete * Added date added and modified timestamps to notebooks * Sorting by due-date / start-date now also sorts by time * Start and due times clearable in the time picker * Pull to refresh feature added to notes * Don't show option to sort by fields that are disused. * Bug fixes http://www.toodledo.com/info/android.php

For example, maybe you were looking at the "Hotlist" which only shows a subset of your tasks. By clicking on "All Tasks" you switched into the list that contains all your tasks.

However, for efficiency, Toodledo will only display the 50 most used tags when showing the list of tags. You can make a search if you need to find tasks with a tag that is less popular.

Try this: 1) Click on the "All Tasks" option in the left column of Toodledo when viewing your tasks. 2) Click the "Show" button in the blue toolbar above your list and make sure all the checkboxes are checked.

You can then edit the ones that have the wrong case. Keep in mind that completed tasks count too.

This hasn't changed, so if it was working differently for you before, it was probably a bug. It should save when you leave the page.
