You can hide all the notes with the icon that looks like a page of paper. It is to the right of the"sort" section in the toolbar.

If you have 100 users, then you can request 1,000 tokens per hour.

There is a reason why almost no websites support offline mode yet. The technology has not been mature enough until very recently. Google Gears was a neat idea, but it was not a web standard approach, and I am glad that we didn't invest effort in that direction because Google has canceled that project. We are working on a standard HTML5 offline solution and we are making good progress. It is bleeding edge stuff, so we are still trying to get it to work in all the major browsers.

The only offline websites that I know of is RTM (which uses the defunct Google Gears plugin) and Google's gmail, calendar and docs (which was released this month and only works in Chrome with a custom plugin). So, it is clear that offline in the browser is a very difficult problem that nobody has really solved yet without using plugins. We want to do it without plugins and we are making good progress. Most of our time since 2008 has been spent waiting for the web browsers to implement the technology to allow this to work.

First, check the "deleted tasks" list in your account settings page. If any task was deleted it will be listed here.

If it wasn't deleted, then it is probably hidden by a filter, or maybe you are looking at a view that does not include those tasks.

Im not sure what happened, but next time if you make a support ticket, we can look into your account and sync logs and maybe figure it out.

There are only 3 strings per task (title, tag, note), so it shouldn't be too hard to make a search that looks in each of these fields. We would like to add full text search, but I don't have an ETA.

Yes, you need a session token per user. The request limits are per token, so you are not limited to 10 users.

Thanks for the suggestion. We can't comment on a timeframe for implementation, but this is on our to-do list.

Sorry, the time cannot be changed. Why is it inconvenient to get the hotlist at 7:30 on the weekends? It will be there waiting for you when you wake up and want to do some chores.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I think that this would add too much complexity to the UI and also to the backend software that has to interpret the rules to match the tasks.

I know that is may get a little too technical for most people, but any boolean expression can be normalized down to 2 levels by using either Conjunctive normal form or Disjunctive normal form. You can look this up on Wikipedia if you want to learn more about boolean algebra. I realize that having a 3rd level might be convenient in some situations, but it is possible to do any search possible with only 2 levels.
