That is the only way to do it. Toodledo only has a concept of a field being used or unused. There isn't a "used by hidden" option. But we may add one.

We can't leave HTML alone, because it would wreak havoc on our website to allow raw user entered HTML to be displayed. A better solution would be for your app to convert the ampersand codes back into HTML for display in your app.

Try turning on the priority field in your account settings and see if the tasks are still identical.

Repeating tasks are rescheduled by the website, so you need to sync for this to work. You can enable auto-syncing and everything will happen instantly and stay in constant sync.

If you want to delete everything from both places, you need to delete in both places manually.
