This would allow all of you to manage the same list. As for your syncing question, if you are referring to the Todo application on the iPhone, you can get technical support for that on the developers website here: http://www.appigo.com

The sharing can be in read only mode, or you can give them permission to edit and add tasks in their folder. From: http://www.toodledo.com/info/subtasks.php When you complete a task that contains uncompleted subtasks, Toodledo assumes that those uncompleted subtasks are now irrelevant. We will no longer display nor remind you about them. If these tasks are important, you should move them out of their parent task before you mark it as completed.

The reason that it appears to show up on every day on the Google calendar is because you are using our widget, which appears as a little icon attached to each day. If you look at the task, you will see that it has the same due-date no matter which "day" you click on. Hope that helps

What you can do is do a search for a tag, and then use the Multi-Edit tool to change all of those tags to something else. Hope that helps.
