Unfortunately, we have not had time to implement this yet, but it is on our top priority list ( http://www.toodledo.com/forums/2/138/0/top-feature-requests.html )

One thing you could do is have 1 account that all three of you have access to. This would allow all of you to manage the same list.

As for your syncing question, if you are referring to the Todo application on the iPhone, you can get technical support for that on the developers website here: http://www.appigo.com

If you have a Pro account, you can setup private sharing on a per-folder basis for each of your clients so that they only have access to their folders. The sharing can be in read only mode, or you can give them permission to edit and add tasks in their folder.

You can learn more about sharing here: http://www.toodledo.com/info/sharing.php

Hope that helps

Unfortunately, old completed subtasks cannot currently be shown attached with their parent task. This is something that we definitely hope to improve on in the future.

Thanks

Sorry, but the Notebook does not yet have import, export or search. These are all things that we are working on for a future update.

Thanks

The smart guys over at Appigo have created another iPhone application that works with Toodledo. This one is called "Notebook" and will synchronize your Toodledo Notebook with the iPhone for offline mobile access to all of your important notes.

Read more about it on Appigo's Notebook page or buy it in the iTunes App Store

I am sorry that you have lost your subtasks, but this is the intended behavior.

From: http://www.toodledo.com/info/subtasks.php

When you complete a task that contains uncompleted subtasks, Toodledo assumes that those uncompleted subtasks are now irrelevant. We will no longer display nor remind you about them. If these tasks are important, you should move them out of their parent task before you mark it as completed.

Email is very tricky, and there appears to be bugs in the way we implement it with regard to international characters. We are working to try to resolve these bugs.

A repeating task is only rescheduled once you complete it, so it will not appear multiple times on your calendar. The reason that it appears to show up on every day on the Google calendar is because you are using our widget, which appears as a little icon attached to each day. If you look at the task, you will see that it has the same due-date no matter which "day" you click on.

Hope that helps

There is no way to pull up a list of your tags. What you can do is do a search for a tag, and then use the Multi-Edit tool to change all of those tags to something else.

Hope that helps.
