Jake Toodledo Admin	Posted Mar 16, 2008 in: Blackberry sync Score: 0 Jake (Admin) Posted: Mar 16, 2008 Score: 0 Unfortunately, we don't really have the resources to develop this ourselves, but Toodledo can sync with Google Calendar, so if Google Calendar can sync with your Blackberry, then you should be able to sync Toodledo to your Blackberry. We haven't tried it because we dont have a Blackberry, but it might work. Please let us know.

If you have a Pro account, you can view your entire history. To see your history for a specific folder, you can go to the folder view, click on the folder and then turn off the "hide completed tasks" filter. You could also create a saved search that shows completed tasks per folder. Hope that helps

Similar to how other people have suggested a default context for a folder. This is a good suggestion, but we'll have to think about how to do this without over complexifying the interface. Thanks

When we do this, you will be able to make a saved search for everything minus long term goals. I think that would serve your need.

This will be done in a future update. You can sort by date added. Just click the "sort" link in the yellow bar at the top, and then click "Date Added".

You can now search by how each task was added to Toodledo. For example, if you use Jott, and the Firefox Addon to add tasks to your list, you can now search and find which tasks were added via which method. This new search criteria is called "Via". The second improvement is that the totals for "estimated time" and "elapsed time" are now calculated for all searched tasks and are displayed at the bottom of the search page. The bug that was fixed is that search will now correctly locate tasks when searching by the "repeat" field if you have set your task to repeat from the completion date.

If you are not seeing it, it may be because you have this field turned off. To turn it on, go into your account settings and under "fields used" put a check mark next to due-time. Hope that helps

Now, uncompleted subtasks will be correctly hidden (because they are irrelevant) when you complete the parent task.
