Im not sure if this is possible with Todo on the iPhone. You should ask them at http://www.appigo.com

Toodledo currently only has email or SMS reminders that go out 1 hour or more before a task is due. You can set this up in the "Connections" section. We hope to improve this in the future.

You can omit step 3, but yeah its a bit cumbersome. We hope to make an "add subtask" button in the future which would get rid of step 6.

You can also turn on keyboard shortcuts in your account settings to make steps 1 and 4 a bit faster.

Sorry, we do not have a bulk delete button yet. This is why the CSV importer is still "experimental". If you want to give me permission to edit your account directly, I can do a one time delete of all your notes.

Ok, here is an "experimental" CSV notebook importer. If you are feeling adventurous, you can try this out.

We have tested it in the following scenario:

Palm Desktop 4.1.4
Memo export using the Comma Separated (.CSV) file format.
Import via the link above and set the first column to "note" and the last column to "folder".

Please let us know if you get it to work in other scenarios.

Believe me, we are very aware of the need to have an import tool for the Notebook and we are working hard to make it. If you want to help, please send us some sample import files so we can test our tool against a wide range of files to make sure that it is compatible.

If the notes are appearing on Toodledo.com, then the problem is the iPhone. If the notes are not getting onto Toodledo.com then the problem is with the Outlook sync app.

You'll have to discuss this with either Appigo (the makers of the Todo app on the iPhone) at http://www.appigo.com or with Keef (the maker of the Outlook sync tool) at http://www.chromadrake.com/ChromaticDragon/software/ToodledoSyncInfo.aspx
