It seems that if you have previously ever denied giving Toodledo permission to send alarms, that it might get stuck off with no way to turn back on. We'll get it fixed.

The reason is that users often setup syncing and then never use the website. This creates an unnecessary burden on our servers and also unnecessarily drains the user's battery and bandwidth. If you do not use our website there is no harm to having your web account deleted. You can continue using only the app like you do now. If you do want to keep the web account for whatever reason, you will need to sign in once a year. You can set a Toodledo task to remind you to do this if you want.

It sounds like you may have done both. Removing Toodledo from the "other calendars" section would have removed the tasks that were synced. As far as I know, there is no way to remove tasks that were added via a file upload, but you should contact Google tech-support to see if there is a way.

Because of a technical aspect of how Lists functions, you need to click the print icon that we provide instead of using your web browser's built in print function.

Here are the improvements: * Alarms will be presented as separate items in notification area. * Overlapping tags (for example, "home" and "home depot") will be treated as separate tags. * Pull-to-refresh: When viewing a list, pull down and release to refresh the list. * Added new filter option (Show/Hide/Recent) for Show Completed tasks bringing it inline with the website's options. * Added Due Time and Start Time fields to New Task Defaults. * Improvements and bug fixes related to tags, time zones, copy/cut/paste, view syncing and others. * Help/Documentation updates.

Jake Toodledo Admin	Posted Oct 11, 2014 in: Tasks and notes encryption Score: 0 Jake (Admin) Posted: Oct 11, 2014 Score: 0 Tasks and notes data are not yet encrypted at rest because encrypting the data would prevent us from providing "search" capabilities which are an important part of Toodledo. In order to support encryption AND searching for text within tasks and notes we need to do a major redesign of how Toodledo works so that the search happens within your web browser after the data has been decrypted. This is something we plan to do, and have made some initial steps towards, but it is not a small project. That said, Toodledo takes great care to protect your data. If you connect to Toodledo over an SSL connection, your data is encrypted as it is transmitted over the internet, which is the same security that you get from most websites right now. Encrypting data at rest is a growing trend, and certainly has value, but it is definitely not yet the norm. We are working in this direction.

If you open the action menu and select "Permanent Link" that id will appear in the address bar of your web browser. Can you please give me an example of what you are trying to do? I might be able to find a different solution.
