It would not be possible to link from the file back to your email address without first downloading the MSG file. I suggest that you give it a try. If you don't like the way it works, you can request a refund within 30 days.

It can have a single owner. We are working on a way to have a task appear in multiple lists at the same time, which is what it sounds like you want. This should be coming soon.

Then expand the subtasks and use the multi-edit tool in the blue toolbar to change the priority for all the tasks.

You can create a bookmark in your browser for quick access. There isn't typically something in the dock, but if you had some 3rd party app that syncs with Toodledo, that could be what you are thinking about.
