Folders, contexts and locations are limited to 32 character names, but goals can have 255 character names. I will fix the documentation. Thanks for reporting this.

Score: 0 Jake (Admin) Posted: Feb 07, 2011 Score: 0 The worst thing that can happen from someone knowing your app token is that they create a different app that syncs poorly and triggers the rate-limiting code designed to protect our servers, which would cause your app token to be blocked and your customers would no longer be able to sync because Toodledo would think that your app was abusing the API.

My suggestion is to have the weekly task due on Saturday, and if you don't do it, it will just become overdue by 1 day and you can still do it on Sunday. When you complete it (either saturday or sunday) it will move to the next saturday.

One imports tasks and the other imports notebook entries. It sounds like you are using the wrong box. Try using the other box which is lower down on the screen.

Our app isn't even running when the alarms go off, so we have not control over snoozing. Apple will need to make a snooze function, and I am sure that they are working on this. It is a common complain about iOS.

A search like this would work nicely: Checked off is yes AND Date completed is in the last 30 days. The search page is a very powerful way to make customized reports of whatever you want. We can't anticipate what everyone will want, so we built the search page to allow people to make their own custom views.

Here is what is new: ✔ Cleaned up the "Fields & Defaults" settings page to be less confusing. ✔ Improved French, Italian, German, Spanish, Japanese and Dutch translations ✔ Location proximity alerts will no longer trigger for tasks that have a future start-date or are due more than 2 weeks in the future. ✔ Tasks with an alarm, but without a due-time will no longer beep relative to midnight. I am assuming that you are using our iPad app. If you use a 3rd party app, then I can't speak for them. If you think that tasks are being deleted when they shouldn't be, you can check the "recently deleted tasks" list in your account settings to see if/why they are.
