You can also go into the settings section of the m.toodledo.com page (top left corner button) and clear the cache there. Then it will resync and it should be back to normal.

We have tried to minimize the impact of these upgrades, but the final step will require the website to be turned off for a small amount of time. To minimize impact, we have scheduled this maintenance for an off peak time. Early Saturday morning, Oct 1 between 00:01 and 06:00 EDT. Sometime during this window, Toodledo will be taken offline for about 20 minutes to perform these upgrades. I am sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause. If you have Toodledo synced with one of our apps, you will be able to access your data in those apps while we are offline.

Find the sort options. Click the 3rd one and select "Date Added". Then the column should magically appear. There is not currently a way to make it appear all the time in your settings.

And you can also sort on this field too, which will cause a column to appear in your list with the creation date listed for each task.

The closest thing that I can think of for your situation would be to sort by folder and then close the sections that you are not interested in.

It is not currently possible to have a different radius per location. The radius is currently 1km. We have tested lots of different radius, and this seems to strike a nice balance between accuracy and false positives, which happen when the phone has poor accuracy due to bad GPS reception. It is not currently possible to set multiple locations for a task. Sorry.

You can create a "saved search" that shows the last week of completed tasks and then you can create a Toodledo task that repeats once a week to remind you to look at this list.
